THE MAIN LAKE IS FISHING LIKE MAD ALREADY!!

After such a successful Netting and putting the Fish back so smoothly it just goes to show that if you look after the fish they will look after you, and the fish have certainly done that in the Main Carp Lake.

Our latest work experience boys decided to do a weekends fishing on the Main and came up top with the Carp. Andrew McFarlane had 3 Carp in 3 hours on saturday morning, a 16lb 6oz, 16lb Mirrror and finishes with a 20lb 12oz Mirror, what a hatrick.

MARTI RODGERS DOES IT AGAIN!

Heres Marti with the first 30 of the year from the Kracking Carp. Marti caugh this winter 'Kracker' on the 6th January whilst trying out the new Paradise Baits.

New Year Wedding Blessing Ceremony

On New Years Day Zyggy blessed Terry and Penny Croxall amidst a bit of miserable weather, but the sun still managed to shine on the lovely couple being blessed (as you know, it NEVER rains in Devon...)

Bob Roberts was a Page boy, Tom the DJ and Head Chef Peter were on the bongos drumming away and the happy couple were netted for eternity and promised to honour & obey and go fishing every day.

It was a lovely ceremony and the reception ended up in the Wine Store...you can guess the rest!!!

Happy New Year Everyone!!

Hi All

Hope everyone had a great New Years Eve Celebration, our party went well and we had lots of fun, sore heads the day after...always a good sign of a good night!!
The fancy dress was great, the winner was Mark Bloxham who came as Alamo and there were some close runners up. Thankyou to all for their efforts. It was a pleasant surprise that amongst our honoured guests, we had two who had graced the festive editions of both the Angling Times and Anglers Mail in Bob Roberts and Steve Collett respectively.
