Anglers Paradise – Updated Policy

Below are the guidelines we are working to, please adhere to these guidelines. These actions have been taken to protect our customers, guests, staff and business.

To all of our Customers, as of the 19th July 2021 the current restrictions that are in place by the Government are due to be lifted. The government will no longer put legal restrictions on the way we work but will offer guidance for each business so they can keep their staff and customers safe.

It is important to understand that although these are not legally required we would expect each member of staff and guest to support us in keeping us all safe. Here at Anglers Paradise nothing much is going to change with how we operate, we kindly ask that you all wear a mask in indoor settings and use the hand sanitizer available

Please be respectful of each other with particular attention to the more vulnerable of our guests and staff. We have placed a copy of our QR code at reception, bar and tackle shop, and encourage everyone to download the AP and Scan the QR code.

Please adhere to these guidelines during your stay these actions have been taken to protect our customers, guests, staff and the business.

  1. Villas will be deep cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.
  2. We will call you during the week before arrival to do an “over the phone check in”, if you want to. If you prefer to pay cash you may do so on arrival.
  3. A face covering must be worn at all times in the tackle shop and reception and when not seated in the bar. Please make sure it is covering both your nose and your mouth.
  4. Check in time is Strictly from 2pm. If you have paid for your fishing in advance you will be able to go straight to your Villa which will be unlocked and your key will be left inside. Your complimentary bottle of wine will be waiting for you.
  5. Booking for any specimen lakes or night fishing can only be done on arrival either in the, Reception or tackle shop.
  6. Day Ticket lakes can be booked over the phone and paid for in advance by card.
  7. Reception and Tackle shop will have limits on the amount of people in them at any one time.
  8. The Bistro will be open every night Monday to Friday, you will need to book in advance as pre-booking is essential. Table service or Take Away service will be available.
  9. The Launderette will be open >From Monday to Thursday.
  10. During this time the Swimming Pool will be operated on an appointment basis ONLY, please check on arrival.
  11. Please bring with you anti-bacterial soap/sanitizer and Sanitizing spray for handles and surfaces.
  12. If you or any of your party feels unwell as described by the government guidelines, it must be reported to reception by phone so we can set the necessary procedures in action.
  13. Please use common sense when socializing around villas and lakes and respect our more vulnerable guests.
  14. Urgent villa maintenance will be carried out by our staff, please respect the guidelines regarding contact and cleanliness; ideally vacate the villa whilst our operatives are in attendance. Non-urgent maintenance will be attended to following your departure. To report villa maintenance please ring the office on 01409 221559 between the hours 9am & 5pm.
  15. We reserve the right to change your accommodation with no notice given. If this occurs it will be in the best interest of our customers.
  16. Before you leave, please take out all your rubbish and recycling and put in appropriate areas.
  17. Check out time 9am Saturday morning, PLEASE CAN YOU STRIP OFF YOUR BEDDING, and leave at the bottom of your stairs or at the front door, weather permitting please also open all windows to air your Villa.
  18. NOTICE TO ALL – Please ensure that you leave your Villa as you find it. The Cleaners are under immense pressure to clean and sanitize each Villa, if we find your Villa in an unacceptable state of cleanliness then your refundable deposit could be forfeit.
  19. Please register by phone or registration form as soon as you have arrived.
